St Peter Filkins is only a few miles from the last church and more of less same distance from the next church I will be visiting. I forgot to take a photo of the font in the church though I admit I cannot remember seeing one
There is not much history on this church as it is not that old
"The Gothic Revival architect G. E. Street designed the Church of England parish church of Saint Peter, and it was built in 1855–57. The parish is now part of the benefice of Shill Valley and Broadshire."

It may be younger in years than the other churches you've featured here, Billy, but it certainly has a traditional feel. I loved the "Holy, Holy, Holy" banner, too. What a mighty and awesome God we serve!

The church has some interesting features - I particularly like the painted apse ceiling. I wonder where the font was hiding :)
It’s a beautiful building! I love the architecture - the arched doorways and windows, the rounded end, and of course the stained glass windows.
Lovely church! This may be the newest one I’ve seen you post. It’s funny how the churchyard still has ancient looking markers. They must wear down quickly
